A time honored bordeaux blend driven to perfection in 1070 days. A strong backboned vintage with a nose of understated classic french oak with hints of cigar box, cedarwood and pencil shavings. Experience Flawless tastes of layered red berry fruits, black current and cassis. Enriched with fine-grained tannins this master wine advances into a long finish on the palette. Red meat - especially beef fillet - compliments this elegant wine. Enjoy also with mature cheeses.

Viticulture
Le JOubert supports Enviromentaly sensitive and low yielding farming practices. Grapes are picked at optimun ripeness to ensure only the best quality.Nurtured and protected in the finest terroir, grapes enjoy long cool winters with hot mediterranean like summers for perfect ripening. With the worlds second largest exposed granite outcrop as the background and the purest spring water for irrigation only the purest and finest grapes are produced.
VINICULTURE
bEFORE FERMENTATION IN old style CEMENT TANKS, GRAPES ARE HAND HARVESTED, CHILLED, DESTEMMED AND intensly SORTED in a gRAVITY FED state of the art CELLAR.Minimun intervention is ENFORCED. Made and bottled at Le JOubert
MATURATION
matured for 19 months in new French oak barrels. this wine has an excellent aging potential of 10 – 15 YEARS.
