Viticulture
Grapes are Harvested at optimun ripeness from decomposed granite soils. Irrigated, when needed, from the purest natural spring water flowing from granite boulders, le Joubert supports enviromentally friendly farming.Driven by nature’s gifts only rare and exclusive grapes are sorted to become part of the 1070 day journey.
VINICULTURE
bEFORE FERMENTATION IN old style CEMENT TANKS, GRAPES ARE HAND HARVESTED, CHILLED, DESTEMMED AND intensly SORTED in a gRAVITY FED state of the art CELLAR.Minimun intervention is ENFORCED. Made and bottled at Le JOubert
MATURATION
matured for 22 months in new French oak barrels. barrels that have been toasted in open fires with controlled time and temperature levels. the wine HAS STRUCTURE AND COMPOSITION TO MATURE gracefully for 10-15YRS. rELEASED ON CELLARMASTERS APPROVAL.
